The most impressive thing about Calon-Ségur is its consistency. Like most traditional classed growths, St Estèphes age relatively slowly but has a distinct and very upright style, with no shortage of acidity and tannin. For good reason, critics and celebrity wine aficionados alike sing the praises of Château Calon-Ségur, the fine Third Growth winery of St-Estèphe. Over its long history, along with Cos d’Estournel and Montrose, it has always been one of the top three wineries of the appellation.
Madame Gasqueton took over the running of the estate with the passing of her husband in 1995. This dynamic woman proceeded to push the estate into the forefront of wine production in Bordeaux. She is a passionate, demanding owner who accepts only the best from herself, her property and those who work for her.
This exceptional collection of wines, direct from the estate, perfectly illustrates the success of Madame Gasqueton’s efforts plus several stellar vintages dating back to 1967. Many of the wines are available in larger formats. The 2004, 2005 and 2006 vintages of their fantastic second wine, Château Marquis de Calon, are also available.

Orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. There is no minimum order size. Quantities are limited. Vintages reserves the right to limit quantities per customer.
Vintages requires a 50% deposit of your total order at the time of order placement.
Vintages requires payment at the time of order placement. Payment can be made by VISA, MasterCard or American Express. If you collect AIR MILES®*, please have your number ready. Please note: we will only process orders where complete credit card information is provided.
These wines are expected to arrive in Autumn 2008. Vintages will contact you for payment of final balance when your order is ready to ship to the LCBO store of your choice.
